Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Please double-check your order details before proceeding to payment.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns.

  • All sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • The product was delivered damaged or defective, or

    • You received the wrong item.

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 1 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Please note: In all refund cases, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
