Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please double-check your order details before proceeding to payment.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
The product was delivered damaged or defective, or
You received the wrong item.
To request a refund, please contact us within 1 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
Please note: In all refund cases, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
