• Orders within Dubai are delivered within 6–8 hours.

• Orders outside Dubai (within the UAE) are delivered within 24 hours.

• Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

• All deliveries are handled by third-party service providers. ZEZY CHOCOLATE is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or issues that occur during delivery. Any such concerns must be addressed directly with the delivery provider.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

• Refunds will be processed only for damaged or incorrect orders upon valid proof.

• In case of refunds, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

• ZEZY CHOCOLATE is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or stuck transactions.

6. Packaging

• We offer two types of boxes:

  • Solo Box – 5 chocolates (single flavor), 160g

  • Celebration Box – 24 chocolates (assorted or single flavor), 480g

7. Product Quality

• Our chocolates are handmade and freshly crafted.

• Variations in appearance may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products.

• Store chocolates in a cool, dry place and consume within the recommended timeframe.
